Where are your products made?
Spa's Premium products are made in Erie, Pennsylvania USA. We import the highest ingredients from around the world and hand make each unit of mud masks.
How long it will take to receive my order?

How much does shipping cost?
Domestic shipping cost for first item costs $4.99 and international shipping is $19.95
Where do You ship?
We ship within the U.S. only currently but will soon be shipping worldwide!
I made an order. How can I check where is it now?
Every single order is fully tracked and after Your purchase You will receive unique tracking number that will let You check where Your order is at the given moment. How cool is that?
Do You accept credit cards?
Sure, we accept a majority of credit card vendors.
Can I return my order?
Of course! You can return Your item within 30 days. Remember though that item's condition has to be perfect and unused.

Your order has been sent, but sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the USPS tracking system.
